Parou's Pokémon Unite Builds
(Last updated: November 16th 2021)This is a collection of the item builds I personally use on the Pokémon I often play. It does not reflect the general Master rank meta. The list is mainly meant for friends as basic recommendations.

Choice SpecsMystical Fire Draining Kiss
This build is for Mystical Fire + Draining Kiss only. The fact that with both moves, you can still use your basic attacks like normally, gives Sylveon the advantage of using Muscle Band's effect to its fullest over most of the entire game. Draining Kiss is also needed to heal in combat because of the need to get rid of Focus Band for Muscle Band without losing the extra damage from Choice Specs or the very important Unite Move supporting shield from Buddy Barrier.

Score Shield
Attack WeightExtreme Speed Bone Rush
Power-Up Punch
If you score a lot early on, this build is perfect because of the stackable permanent damage boost from Attack Weight. Score Shield helps to score small amounts in the early game and combined with shields from other sources in end game as well.

Razor Claw
Weakness PolicyExtreme Speed Bone Rush
This build is ideal for Extreme Speed players because of Razor Claw's effect. It gives your next basic attack extra damage after using a skill (Cooldown 2s). Weakness Policy simply increases your attack in an ongoing fight, the more damage you take (Max Stack: 4). So a good attack flow would be: Extreme Speed > Basic Attack > Bone Rush (To mark the enemy again, flow differs in team fights) > Basic Attack > Repeat.

Close Combat
The scoring combo got me through the last stages of Veteran and the entirety of Ultra to Master rank, because I didn't have Attack Weight on a level worth using it over Buddy Barrier and didn't realize how intense Extreme Speed is when you know how it works and have a good team where it's possible to attack mutiple enemies in succession.

Pollen Puff
Eldegoss absolutely is my Season 2 favourite. Except for 3 games, I exclusively played this Pokémon to get back to Masters. I figured if most randoms are ignoring everything and run into unnecessary fights to die, it would be best to rather boost the team and help them not dying all the time while being able to secure objective kills with Eldegoss' unite move similar to Talonflame's Fly, than be one of the only offensive characters in the game that has to do the majority while the rest of the team is still dying and way too low for the final fight of the match.
Playing Eldegoss, it is essential to use Cotton Guard to shield and heal teammates as well as yourself. Leaf Tornado has considerable damage output and makes teammates who touch it move a lot faster. This is fantastic even outside of active fights to make yourself and teammates move quicker to objectives or secure an objective or kill that would be lost otherwise. I also never miss a chance to speed up my teammates on their way to score after Zapdos to get away from a potential death.

This is the pre mobile release version of the typical offensive Flail Snorlax. As people figured out by now, Scope Lense is almost useless on Snorlax because of its non existent base crit rate, so there are better options.

Buddy BarrierI didn't play much Crustle, so I'm going to recommend the standard defender item combo for HP + DEF.
